Whilst out, I unexpectedly discovered another attribute of the Glass because when my phone rang, the screen lit up and I was invited to tell it whether I wanted to accept or decline the call. When I replied “Accept” I couldn’t hear a thing because of the wind and road noise, so the next time it rang I politely asked it to decline the call, which it did. An earpiece would have solved the sound problem, but that’s not for me, as I like to concentrate on the sounds around me, especially the sound of an approaching car.
The video covers a stretch of road between Lindale and Cartmel Fell, and it’s accompanied by Bert Jansch singing “Strolling Down the Highway”.
