
Time required:10 minutes.
1 – Fill a large pan with cold water and put it on the hob.
2 – Go into the garden and pick two ears of sweetcorn.
3 – Take off the outer casing, rinse and put the cobs into the water which will have just come to the boil.
4 – After 4 minutes remove and put onto the plate.
Serve with butter.
Because the sugars won’t have had time to turn to starch the corn will be amazingly sweet.
